Taking flying from an incredibly traumatic experience to a huge sense of calm.
Zoe tells us in her own words how she went from overwhelming fear and panic to calm - in one session of BWRT.
“Before Claire, flights for me were an incredibly traumatic experience. The second the engines kicked in, so did my overwhelming fear and panic. I would cry for the whole flight, squeezing my husband’s hand until it was numb, imagining the worst, shaking, knee tapping, shouting things out - it really was the worst way to start a holiday. It was embarrassing for me and those around me but I truly felt as though that was it for me, just something I had to put up with...until I heard about Claire from a friend.
From Fear to Calm
I visited Claire with much scepticism, truly believing it would not work for me. Claire was amazing! During the session, she allowed me to speak frankly and honestly about my fears and concerns without making me feel silly or ashamed. She listened to all my issues and quickly ascertained that I had a fear of losing control - something which very much mirrored my daily life! After just one session, Claire was convinced the treatment had worked for me...I remained unsure but proceeded to my family holiday 6 weeks later full of hope! I knew that my trigger was the engines starting and was fully prepared for the tears to come...but they never did. As the engines started and the plane began to move, I felt a huge sense of calm.
here was no hysteria, no panic, no shouting. I looked at my husband who was equally as gobsmacked. We simply could not believe it! I looked out the window, I took my seat belt off, I went to the toilet. I enjoyed a drink because I wanted to and not because I needed to.
Looking forward to flying again!
I spent the whole flight out talking to a man from Liverpool who was shaking and crying exactly the same as I used to. Having told him all about BWRT, he was also off back home to see if he could access the same treatment.
I cannot thank Claire enough for her help in managing my anxiety - I even emailed her in the taxi on the way to my hotel in Majorca as I could not wait to thank her! Whereas before my flight limit was probably around 2 and a half hours, we have now booked Tenerife for next year and are looking forward to longer flights to a wider range of destinations with our family.
Anyone who is remotely scared of flying - go and see Claire! You won’t regret it! I only wish I had done it sooner!”

Claire I have just returned from a fabulous holiday with my family made all the more special because for the first time for as long as I can remember I actually enjoyed the flight instead of having panic attacks before and during my holiday due to my fear of flying. After just one session of BWRT with you I wasn't sure if it would make any difference but I had no fear or panic attacks in the week leading up to the flight and more surprising felt the same in the airport. I did have a few nerves getting onto the plane but then began to actually enjoy the experience.
The flight home was much the same and I looked out of the window all the way home which I would never have dreamed I could do. It made our holiday so much more special and I am really looking forward to my next flight and thinking of booking a long haul flight. Thank you so much Claire this has not just helped me but also my long suffering family. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who wants to make a positive difference to any phobia that is effecting their lives.

Thank you Claire! I recently had two sessions of BWRT as I had a fear of flying. My family and friends know how this fear has dominated my life. Talking or booking holidays made me come out in a cold sweat and when we did go on a holiday that required flying I would be a wreck for weeks leading up to them and then it put a dampener on the last few days of our holidays. Deciding to try and do something about it was the best thing I could ever do! Claire has an immediate professional and empathic nature that puts you straight at ease. The sessions were relaxing and informative. I flew to Prague last week with the most ease I can ever remember. Yes I did have a few wobbles during take off but nothing compared to previous flights, and on those I was sedated! I felt more calm and in control and I feel as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Claire and I also discussed other issues around my fears and I feel BWRT has helped me with other anxieties that were overshadowing my life. Claire has armed me with the tools I need to take control of my thoughts and anxieties, I'm in charge now. Thank you again xxx
